MN1 query about place and town of birth

I recently got ILR(thanks to this great forum) and now want to apply registration for my uk born son with MN1 form. I have got query on MN1 form:

I have original Birth Certificate and Certified Copy of an entry(both received at same time). Birth certificate has column name "Place of Birth---> Registration District" and Certified Copy has column "Place of Birth".

Issue is they have mentioned District/Council name on birth certificate but in certified copy, it says hospital name and it's town. These both are different. Even his Indian passport has "Town Name" as Place of Birth which does not match birth certificate but same as place of birth on certified copy of an entry document.

Technically both are correct, town falls within district/council bu I am not confused which one to mention? Pls help
