Hi every one,

I'm coming to sweden on a tourist visa to visit my girlfriend, we are planing to register as partners, what is the procedures , knowing that i'm not a EU, and can I apply for a permit waile i'm there , and how long does it take to get register as well as what papers I will need..!
If any one know or have been in the same position provide me with some info, please
1 month is it enaught to get everything done ??
