Claiming less points as compare to my previous application

Post by smahmad » Wed Mar 28, 2012 7:02 am

Hi,

I claimed 85 points (25 points for earnings) in my first Tier 1 visa application and now I am claiming 80 points (20 points for earnings) in visa extension, although I still have got enough points (required only 75 points as my first visa was granted in May 2010), would this be a problem? If I am not wrong such rule is applicable in case of ILR.

Any type of concrete info will be highly appreciable.

You will struggle to find a prototype here. But let me tell you, it will not matter if you claim more or less (as long as you qualify) points compared with your previous/initial T1 application

it doesn't make any difference , you must reach on magic figure of 75 or 80 points .
