Pay Query --Urgent

Hello Guys...

I usually get paid 15th of each month but not for the same month, but for previous month. So for January month, I get paid on 15thFeb. Now I am applying for Teir 1 Extension next week.

so I won't get my march pay untill 15th April, but I got February pay on 15th March.
So for start and end period?
should I put
01/04/2011 to 29th Feb 2012
or 01/04/2011 to 15th March 2012 as I get last pay on 15th March for Feb month.

Use the dates as 01/04/2011 to 31/03/2012 as that would make it 12 months.
