UKBA should really find a more trustworthy partner.
Some of you might say ''There is no need to provide a TB certificate but I think its good to have one just to avoid deplay and problems.
The links provided have already demonstrated that the TB test is not required. Please do not meekly obey the instructions of the uneducated. Fight your corner!

They have asked my spouse today for TB certificate. Is TB required for EEA family permit?

This is really frustrating. My spouse had printed out the information from UKBA website but Gerry's Islamabad said the info on UKBA website is not correct. I called Gerry's while my spouse was waiting outside their office and they told me the info on UKBA website is old and not correct.

Just came over from South Africa on EEA FP, and was not asked for TB test. Other people who travelled at the same time (work visas), had to do them though.

Hi
Can anyone please suggest if I need to fill all the sections on the new app form for EEA family Permit. Currently on Stamp 4, looking to go to the UK for a visit only with my British Partner?
Can someone please suggest all the important documentation as UKBA are asking for in depth information about financials and employment? Is this all mandatory?
Thanks

I am Irish passport holder working in UK from Aug 2013 as contractor with my own limited company setup, and my wife live in Ireland and she recently got her Irish citizenship in Jan 2014 and currently she is also Irish passport holder. After getting citizenship my wife and my daughter went to India for some personal work.my daughter is still Indian passport holder.
My question is I am planning to bring my wife and daughter to UK directly this August. I think my wife doesn’t need any visa and she can directly travel to UK as a EU passport holder, but what about my daughter, I need to apply for EEA family permit visa from India, I hope I can apply for EEA family permit visa for my daughter from India?

Yes: You can get an EEAFP in the British Embassy in India. Won't be a problem.
Is there any way your daughter can naturalize as the child of an Irish citizen? I'm not sure.

Hi I would like some help please
I moved to Ireland from UK OVER a 1 year 6 months ago my husband has EUFAM stamp 4 I would like to move back to the UK does he need to apply for EEA family permit? I have tried apply for it but every time I finish application it says I need to pay fee of 1,150 Euro it is supposed to be free so why is it asking me for fee so high? Is it actually necessary to apply for it or can we just move to UK on a visit visa and apply for Residents permit when we get there.
Thanks

Hi there,
Just to add further confirmation, my Filipina wife's EEA FP application in December 2014 did not require a TB test.
Cheers,

hi I am a EEA national, living in Uk for last 5 years and I got my non EEA wife on family permit to UK recently.
My mother and sister who are non eea nationals wants to come for holidays for 10 days in UK.
Can anyone tell me what type of visa is required for my mum and sis?.
I know they can apply for Standard visit, but its chargeable. Someone told me they can come on EEA Family permit. Is that true?
thank you Guys

Hello Everyone, i submitted an EEA FP application on the 7th of Feb 2017 at Munich Germany TlsContact office and they told me it's 15 working days.. I still didn't receive any email yet as regarding if my application has been decided but reading through processing time in Munich i found out it normally takes 30 working days. Please does anyone know if the 30 working days is real, i planned to withdraw my application and we can go through Calais UKBA border to enter the UK because our house agreement here in Germany will due next week 28th of Feb as who sublet it doesn't want to extend it for us and we have a 2 years old baby that cant sleep on the street. Thanks and please advice if it will be better to withdraw the application and go through Calais. Thanks

You need to apply for a spouse visa under UK immigration rules. You should post your query in the family immigration sub forum and not the EEA sub forum as you cannot sponsor a spouse under the EEA rules.
