i told them i said to them what about the section in the uk bored agency they didn't answer me and when i called them they said wait until we reply to your email and they haven't i don't know who i should contact?

how i can contact the home office in here UK and how can i talk to the manager in chennia?

they are just making things from thier mind, when i said to them about the UK BORED AGENCE ECBE05 they totally ignored me

First to chennai.visaenquiry@fco.gov.uk or visqry.newdelhi@fco.gov.uk (or to both).

In absence of clear response / justification as to why they are saying "no", complain to the Operations Manager (Customer Service - feedback and complaints).

sush i contacted them and we will see if they will reply to me tomorrow with a new answer,
then he will go to egypt i really had a bad experinse with vfs in india and i wish if i can go again to there and meet those people who destroys other people lifes but definitly i will not keep quite, i contacted home office in the uk and they said they can't deal with applications that are not in the UK so i will write a letter to and send it to the manager in chennai. Anyway i have a question such, the english test certificate from cambridge was verified from india, should he do the test again in egypt or its ok?

If you pursue the matter properly, I don't see why it cannot be resolved. It may some take time but I believe there is no reason why your husband should travel to Egypt to apply for entry clearance .. at least not until you are given a valid reason as to why he must do so.

BTW, you say your husband has been on student visa in India since 2009. Can you share how many student visas has he applied for (India student visa) and the validity of all such visas.
