Is this a problem ? Please

Post by Sami9911 » Sat Apr 07, 2012 2:01 am

Hi there

Thanks for ur time ist of all.

I will be completing my 10 year on student as well as psw visa and taking step close to ILR.

in this ten year, i stayed abroad once 6 months and 17 days because of i had heart problem abroad and couldnt fly back untill i was completely fit. And once i stayed about 4 months abroad. Both times, i was a student & i had a time off from university or either i inform them about my health issues.

Rest of the time, i stayed a month or 15 days like this.

Now, the question is, is this is going to create a problem towards long residency ?

I will be very greatfull for all your professional advices regarding this matter.

Many thanks once again in advance.

Regards
