WP visa about to expire.

Hi All

My WorkPermit expires on the 30/01/2012.
The first available appointment i could book online for my ILR was the 16/02/2012.
Would i be in breach or an over stayer?
Should i rather post my application or should i phone to try get ealier appointment.

Feeling stressed like i ran out of time.

You need to get your application into the system before your permission expires. Try the phone (I set mine by phone as the appointments are available by phone a couple days before they are available online) and maybe widen your acceptable PEO locations if you really want same day. If that fails post it with one of the special methods before the expiration.

The prime time would have been to call 6 weeks before 28 days. But no use crying over spilt milk.
