R1 visa and changing the status as dual intent visa such as H1B

Hi,

I am , currently working as IT Consultant in UK and a naturalized British Citizen. My country of birth is India.

Can you please input if it is feasible to apply for R1 visa and changing the status as dual intent visa such as H1B and there by applying for GC ..
