VISA APPLICATION MARRIAGE/CP F/O

Post by asad786 » Wed Dec 19, 2007 1:49 am

Hi

Me and my fiancee applied for entry clearance to th UK from Pakistan which was graunted for 6 months with the above cod number. We also paid a fee of £500.

now she is in the UK and we are now married and are going to extend the visa by filling out a FLR(M) form.

my question is do w have to pay a further fee of £395? even tho on the front of my wifes passport it is written on a yellow label from the UK Embassy in Pakistan stl.fiancee/0.

im very confused and will appreciate as much help and advice as i can get. when applying in Pakistan we were told there will be no further fees required and we will just ned to go tothe home office to xtend th visa by 2 years.

HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately, you may have been misinformed. As far as I know, extensions on FLR(M) incur the standard fees. Do apply as soon as possible.

Don't forget to look at the requirements of the form SET(M) and SET(M) guidance as soon as possible. Among other things, you will have to collect at least 20 documents over the two-year period and satisfy the Knowledge of language and life in the United Kingdom requirements.
