Hi All,
I have my visa appointment tomorrow and am a bundle of nerves. The issue is this.
My wife was in UK on student visa from 2007 to 2009 and has a vignette in her passport with the expiry date. She applied for extensions and was granted 3 ICFNs as visa extensions. She subsequently got a PSW which again was attached as a vignette in her passport.
For the question which asks if any visa has been issued in the last 10 years, she has mentioned only the ones where she has a vignette in her passport, namely her student visa from 2007 to 2009 and the psw from 2010 t 2012. The visa extensions between this period has been mentioned with home office reference numbers (and in 1 case, a case id as a reference number was not available) as an answer to the question HAVE YOU MADE AN APPLICATION TO THE HOME OFFICE TO REMAIN IN THE UK IN THE LAST 10 YEARS?
My question is:
Do we need to mention the IFCNs in the question HAVE YOU BEEN ISSUED ANY VISA FOR THE UK, UK OVERSEAS TERRITORIES OR COMMONWEALTH COUNTRY IN THE LAST 10 YEARS?
If yes, how?
She does not have copies of the IFCNs as they were retained by the ukba everytime a new IFCN was issued.
Please help, we are really stressing over this point.
