Visa Category changed during appeal

Hi All,
I need an urgent help on what to do next.

My wife applied visa from Pakistan in January 2014 under the category of TIER 1 GENERAL.
Suppose visa on depend of Tier 1 General.
Visa Refused on basis of marriage is not genuine.
Appeal against the decision.
Home office withdraw the case but Judge make the decision and said its Genuine marriage.

in August 2014 my visa status changed from Tier 1 to ILR.

Appeal was in November 2014.
Call in letter from Pakistan Uk Embassay on 22December 2014.
My wife submitted the passport.
Today Visa office called and said we can not process the application




We are unable to process your application because your sponsor is no longer PBS migrant. You will need to withdraw and reapply in a settlement category.

Please complete the attached withdrawal form, including your passport number and signature, and your request will then be considered by an Entry Clearance Officer.

Please note that if your application is withdrawn, the visa application fee is non-refundable.
