Hi all,
Can any one please advise on what I should do regarding My Mothers in laws UK visit visa, I have sponsored her 3 times over the past 10 year now to join us and our 2 children. My wife has had indefinite leave to remain since 5th September 2007 and has been living in UK 14 years now with me.Visa application keeps getting refused.
Each time the application has been refused on different reasons, and each time we apply we provide more of the required documents for getting the necessary tourist visa, for example lots of supporting documents like bank statements / enough funds including documents that prove that I am a British citizen from birth and that we are both in employment and my Mother in law will need to go back after spending time with us to be with her immediate family back in India.
refusal reasons this time were-
The decision- Mother in-law has no dependents- we did mention she live with her elderly mother in-law who she with her husband takes care of,but dont think this was a major issue for refusal?
the following were the major ones I think,
The cost would the trip would be met my Mother in-law-
Refusal because -no proof of how she could access either of the 2 accounts which were-
A joint instant account with my father in-law- Banks statements were provided, with access to funds of over £3000, which she can access at any time, what else could we have provided.
her elder sons account , who is paid a salary monthly,- Banks statements were provided to prove this, with the current balance being over £800
Sponsors- Financial commitments were not supplied,- I am the sponsor - and I supplied lots of supporting documents like bank statements / enough saving funds including documents that prove that I am a British citizen from birth and that my wife and me are both in employment.
dont know what else they would need? as I have always supplied the same documents on previous applications to sponsor for UK visa ,and have always been satisfactory.
Can any one advised on what we should do as we are not allowed to appeal the decision each time it gets refused. As I feel it doesn't matter how many times we apply, and how much evidence is given they will always come with a new reason for refusal and my mother in law will never get a visa to visit us and her grand children.
Yours Sincerely,
Jitinder
