Visa Eligibility for Spouse?

Hi

I have been living in the UK since Jan 2007. I was on ILR when I got married in April 2012. My wife applied for and got a spouse visa and moved to UK in August 2012. Her visa expires in Oct 2014. Meanwhile, I became a naturalised British citizen in 2013 and got my passport in September last year. We are both Indian citizens by birth.
My question is, which visa will my wife be eligible for when her current visa expires. By October this year, we would have stayed together in the UK for over 2 years.
