Visa extension for spouse from India

Hi All

Can someone please advice on the below:

I have acquired ILR on the 5 year route previously being on Tier 2 ICT visa.
My wife has dependent visa on my Tier 2 visa. Her visa is expiring on 23 March 2014. She is currently in India.

1. What visa should my wife apply for, should it be FLR (M), Visa to join family permanently in UK, or another one?
2. If she needs to apply under FLR (M), and the previous visa being before 2012; what is the financial requirement that we are required to show (having 2 dependent children)?
3. If she cannot apply under FLR (M), what is the form she should apply on (online or paper)?
