Visa extension granted but “No resource to public fund” not removed it

Dear sir/madam I am new this forum. Could anyone help me please. I applied my wife and son visa extension 10 years family route with fee wave. First applied fee wave application when home office granted thereafter applied visa extension along with No resource to public fund restrictions remove. Home office granted extension but Restrictions not removed. Can I contact home office they mistake had made? If yes which particular form I should use to contact them. Please please help me. Regards

There is quite a hefty list of documents you need to provide to have the NRPF restriction removed.

Did you submit all the evidence required?

Also keep in mind that an NRPF removal application is separate to a Fee Waiver application. The success of one does not automatically mean that the other will succeed.

I have applied first waiver application when it’s granted home office given me a 20 days valid code to use making visa extension. I have provided lot of evidence. I don’t know why home office still not remove NRPF when granting extension. May I know please there are any particular form write to home office there mistake?

Fee waiver is a separate form and application and NRPF removal form is a separate form and application.

If you only applied for Fee Waiver, you do not get NRPF automatically. You need to make the NRPF application separately.
