Visa for ILR dependent- who previously was on TIER 2 (Health and Care Visa) dependent

Hi,
My name is Siddiq, i was on TIER 2 (Health and Care Visa) and i have been granted ILR. I want to ask regarding my partner visa. Currently she is on TIER 2 (Health and Care Visa) dependent visa valid till August 2023. She has only been in UK for 6 months. Now keeping that i dont want to reset her settlement clock, my question is:
1: Can i apply for her visa extension as TIER 2 (Health and Care Visa) dependent visa ? using my old COS details ? Yes
2: Or i can't apply for TIER 2 dependent extension - she has to be my ILR dependent ? There is nothing or category like ILR dependant
