Visa for My Parents

Hi,

I am on a Tier 2 General Visa in the UK.

I want to get my parents from India here for visiting for 5 weeks. They will travel together.

Details:
My mother is insurance agent and also receives interest income every month. She has a property in her name and gets rental income for that. She also rents a property to live in another city and has some savings in India.

My father is retired and has no income savings and is supported by my mother.

My sister lives with them and studies there and she is not travelling. She is supported my mother.

Mother:
1. Bank Statement (I will transfer INR 300000 to her account for spending here)
2. MF/RBI Bond/PPF statement
3. Rental Agreement of the current place
4. Passport of my sister/father.
5. Documents for the new home
6. Aadhar Card

Father:
1. Bank Statement (I will transfer INR 300000 to his account for spending here)
2. Passport of my sister/mother
3. Aadhar Card

Sponsor:
1. Payslips
2. Employment letter
3. Bank statement
4. ISA account statement
5. My rental agreement for my room
6. Letters inviting them

Is there something I should add?

Edit:

In "Why are they helping to pay for your visit?" for sponsor, I am putting: "He is my son and I am visiting him after a long time."

In Purpose of Visit, I am putting: "Visiting my son who works in London. Also will do some sighseeing in the UK."
