Post by plaistow » Sun Oct 24, 2010 4:22 pm

Hello,

I am on tier1 general visa and living in london, my wife is having baby and i need to apply for a visa for my parents so they can stay here with us until the baby is delivered.

Is it possbile if i can apply apply for my parents and aslo the same time i could apply for my wife parents.

My wife is not working.

What documents i need to apply for the visa.

Whether you can invite your in-laws at the same time as your parents will depend on whether you can accommodate them (if you are going to accommodate them) and whether you can provide for for their maintenance (if you are offering any financial assistance for their travel and / or stay in the UK.
