Visa for parents - 5 year duration

Hello,
Can someone guide or tell from experience what documents are required for filing visa for family ( parents ) for 5 year duration.
My Parents are near to 75 year old and I need to apply visa from India.
They have visited United Kingdom in 2012 with 6 month family visa at that time.
