visa for wife

Hi All

Two questions - any help would be great.

1. I am on a tier 1 HSMP visa in uk & am getting engaged & married in december 2010. Can someone help me to findout how can I bring my wife to england & what visa we would be applying for?

2. I have recently started contracting job & i am planning to finish my contract in december, go to india for marriage & come back & look for another contract...Now the question is would it effect my future wife visa application if i don't have a permament or a contract job for that period.?
