VISA GRANTED BUT DEPENDANT FORGOTTEN

Post by SueG35 » Wed Oct 06, 2010 2:26 pm

Hello everyone. I applied for a spousal visa including my two over-18 dependants five years ago. I was finally granted discretionary leave to remain for three years, including one of my daughters but my other daughter was forgotten! All the passports were stamped except for hers.

I assume this must have been a mistake as we all applied together as a package. Can anyone advise me as to what to do next and how long this mistake may take to rectify?

Thank you so much, this is a great forum!

Hi there,

Yes, I applied in the UK. Since my last post, I received a letter acknowledging the mistake but her passport has still not been returned.

Thank you.
