i need information about UK visitor visa. i am Nepalese citizen and the parent of Belgium national citizen. i mean i am the family members of EU citizen. i would like to visit to London with my children. Do i need visa ? thanks

UK is not in the EU, so UK authorities no longer adhere to EU Free Movement directive -> it doesn't matter if you're visiting with or without EU citizen, you need a visa regardless.

No, you can't. You apply for a visit visa the same way and for the same price (about 100 pounds) as all the other people. Read

Once again:
the fact that you're a family member of EU citizen does not men anything to UK authorities, because UK is not part of the EU.
