Visa issued 12 Days Less for 2nd time which affecting my ILR

Post by chirag2612 » Mon Mar 07, 2011 9:50 pm

Hello,

Would you be so kind to help/suggest me for my case and the detail is as under,

Category: HSMP (Tier 1: as per Jurisdictional review after April 2006 & before Nov 2006 means 65 points but ILR 5 Years)
1st Visa Issued: 09/11/2006 to 09/11/2008
Entry to UK first time: 26/11/2006 (Qualifying Period starts)
2nd Visa Extended untill: 28/10/2011 (12 Days less than actual issue date)

Now, For my eligibility for ILR my 5 years of stay complete on 26/11/2011

So, From which date I can apply for ILR if 28 days before 26/11/2011 then its 30/10/2011 but my visa expires just 2 days before this date on 28/10/2011 due to 12 days less given for extension

and if I can apply after 4 years and 11 months then I have only 3 days of Qualifying period 26th, 27th and 28th Oct 2011 as by mistake I have been given 12 days less visa for extension otherwise my qualifying period could be from 26/10/2011 to 09/11/2011.

So, please guide me what are the right steps which I should follow and careful consideration which will be helpful.

Thanking you
