Visa refusal, full right appeal, general visit visa

I applied for a family visit visa for u.k as I intended to visit u.k with my husband as my honeymoon trip. My husbands a settled businessman and we have no intentions staying in u.k for more than a month but we got our passport back with the refusal and a full right of appeal for. Stating that we have to provide our source of funds and all. Please guide me where should I send my appeal document, in u.k or Abu dabhi. And please also guide me that we need to higher a lawyer or not. I have only 18 days left for sending my general family visit visa appeal.
