UK visa refusal

If a non EEA citizen obtains an Irish Green card but has already had a UK Tier 1 Post study visa recently refused, can they they still travel to Ireland to take up their job?

If your Irish green card is valid and you have re-entry visa in your passport for Ireland, ofcourse you can visit Ireland. Getting refused from UK has nothing to do with Irish visas.

Also to mention that if your green card has relevant stamp on it you can work. (stamp 1, 1a, 2, 4 etc)

Thank you for the information. I have just been refused in TIER 1 PSW British visa under para 322 (2) with no right to appeal. They state that in my previous TIER 4 Student application a fake document was included. Will this affect my Irish Working Visa application? Thank you.

I am nore sure on this now, if there is fake documents used it is a straight refusal without a chance of appeal i have heard. As far as Irish visa goes i think it is in the form that if one refused from any country to disclose to the reason as to why.
