They definitely lost your file. Make sure you hire good solicitor to make strong grounds. You have a really good chance to get this visa now as what they said is just time waste they could refuse you in one week with the same grounds so why tbey took years. They just wasted your time same case i got all the points and refused me just waste my money and time

Home office didn't knew it for 23 months i don't have possession of funds ?
if i was not a crediable businessman why i have given £5000 VAT for the first quarter of my VAT
i have transfered funds from my personal account to business account have provided Director Loan which she never saw it ?
Director Loan what is meant by director loan she never read the doc
i have transferred funds in big amounts £23k £10k not £500 £200
i think so they have refused me intentionally

Policy guidelines dosnt say anything but money must be transferred in personel account then business as a director loan. I have transferred money in three years 4th months before of my application and transfered like 500 1000 5000 10000 3000 and got all the points 95. So dont wory u will get visa definitely. The way they check application is just a juke they already setup their mind that they will refuse you if you even get all the points then they will refuse you on genuinity and their is no rules and law for genuinity it could be anything and to proof you are genuine take months and finaly court decide what to do. They deliberately take you to this long process like AR PaP and court. You havnt got points in investment area so there is a chance to win in AR but there is zero chances if someone refused on basis of genuinity. But you will get visa definitely

Make sure you send the whole proof of documents (not new) only those documents which help to prove your refusal points every single refusal needs proof of documents if you miss this proof of documents then there is zero chances to win in AR. I been through all stages so make sure you prepare strong grounds in my personal experience barrister is the main person who can explain well the genuinity refusals. They will charge you little bit more tham solicitors but the way they explained is tottaly different.

Yes ,you have a good case as far as I see. You said you have a solicitor helping you out. Many refusals like yours were overturned in AR.

It's a bad sign when they refund the IHS. Wait for the refusal to see on what grounds. Sorry for you man.

They still dispute the credibility of your business.
The way they see it, is that you never had access to the £200'000.
Do you have any document that prove that at one point in the UK you had access to these funds?

well the thing is that i have provided them my personal bank account statement from where the funds were transferred 200K from my personal account to Business in parts not in full as the funds were held in Pakistan so i have transferred the funds in parts from Pakistan to the UK
there is no requriment in the policy guidance which states to transfer the funds in one shot
in my initial application i have been given points which states i will dispose these funds in the UK and they will be transferred to the Uk which i have done and invested in the Business
Investment Summary and Director Loan was given with my application but they overlooked these two docs
