UK visa refused CCL

i was on the student visa in uk and 0ct 2008 i applied for PSW visa through my Agent who asked me to submitt my original documents of the college i was studing (london school of business and finance )
after three months i received my refusal letter from home office for submitting forge documents of Cambridge College of learning which i didnt know abt it ..

My agent attached these documents with my originals and because of his mistake my visa got refused .

I was lucky that i got chance to appeal against their decision which i did in Feb 2009 (my student visa was finished on 31st oct 2008) in sept 2009 i received a letter frm court saying that it will take more time to process my appeal decision so waited , In jan 2010 i received another letter from a court saying that they are workin on a sample case and the decision will be the same for all the refusal cases but still no confirm answer ...so its been over a year i was waiting to know wats gona happen ,in mean while i couldnt even travel to my country ..
finally after waiting for so long i decided to go bak to my country in may and i left UK in june 2010 ..
in my refusal it says that i will have a year ban if i leave the country on my own which i did ..
i didnt even overstayed in uk and i was legal all the time as my appeal was in process..i also have my original college documents to proove home office that i was genuienly studing but because of this bloody agent i had all this problem ..
i paid 4000 pounds to that agent ..which was my biggest mistake .
i want to know if i can make complaint against these kind of fraud agents ?

i want to know that if i can go back again after one year ?

on which visa i can go back ? what are the chances ?

can sombody please help me in this matter ?
