My visa application has been refused twice (november 2015, february 2016). I am 25, Bangladeshi male, unmarried, own a small business earning approximately £600 per month. The first time I had applied with my father who was also my sponsor. Both of our visas got refused since my father did not provide sufficient financial evidence and I did not show any financial evidence either.
The second time around my father got the 2 year visa after submitting proper financial evidence but mine got refused citing paragraphs V 4.2 (a) (c) (e) of Appendix V, Immigration Rules of Visitors. My sister and younger brother, both of whom are students, applied with us this time and got the 2 year visa along with my dad, but only mine got refused because I didn't provide enough evidence showing ties to my home country and my financial circumstances. My mom also has a valid UK tourist visa, so basically everyone in my family except for me got the visa. We were planning to go on a 2 week family holiday to the UK this year.
I submitted the following documents: trade license, bank statement with approximately £800 in closing balance (but it didn't show consistent transactions with my income/expenditure since my business is mostly cash based). The refusal letter stated that my bank statement did not reflect my income as stated and I should be able to provide more long term evidence of my income. I didn't submit any proper financial evidence since I assumed that as long as my dad was sponsoring the family trip it was fine.
I could reapply with more evidence such as:
1) a bank statement showing more transactions over the next 3 months (cash deposits in lieu with my monthly income of GBP 600)
2) National Security certificate (invested around 1000 GBP every year since last 3 years),
3) property deed (gift from father)
4) stocks and shares
5) i will also start an MBA programme in May in my home country - so i can submit a letter from my university when i reapply that i am also a registered student
Will these documents increase my chances of getting a visa even after 2 refusals?
Would it still be risky to reapply after 2 refusals?
I want to go on a trip to the UK with my family just for a holiday, i have no intention of staying back there, and I do not have any friends or family there. My parents and my younger brother and sister (both students) got the 2 year visa but only mine got refused. I have been issued UK visas before, even for 5 years when I was a student. This is the first time that I have ever been rejected for a visa and then again for second time, whereas every one else in my family got the visa!
Please advise!
