visa refused urgent help

hi
me and my patner has been refused to grant t1 both got same refusal points
refusal points
ur 1 year salary is 13145£ how come its ur own money and u said in interview its ur own money i dont believe u can save 25000£ (infect according to my cv which i sent them it 1 year and 7 month job upto i applied for the visa so its 20000£ and i had some money back home which my brother transferred to me which is around 8500£ and 1 of my family friend transferred me 3000£ my father gave to his father
