i curently im skiled worker visa (working as a care worker0 , and my visa is due for renewal in october 2025. my son who is currently on dependent visa entered the counrty in 2023 at the age of 17 years old. now for the past year he is a student in the county of georgia studying there , he travels back and forth every 4 to 6 months and stays in the uk for a month or so . currently his age is 19 and i would like to know if there would be any legal issues to renew my sons dependent visa. looking for everyones kind reply as i am very confused on this matter .
