visa requirement for wife

hello,
am not sure if this is the right place to post, as its my first time.
i am a maltese citizen and intend to marry a filipina citizen.
would me wife require an entry visa every time she came back to malta from the philippines ?
i have looked all over the web but no site gives a clear answer.
can anyone help please or direct me to the right link ?

I am not sure about Malta. I suggest you call an embassy or call the foreign affairs department and ask. I suspect she requires a visa.

Your wife would in general require a visa to visit any other EU country, but it should be issued easily and free. Once you arrive in the other country you can both live and work there. See http://eumovement.wordpress.com/2007/04 ... u-citizen/
