What is her existing visa status in the United Kingdom?

If you are planning to go back to london (not Ireland) she will need to apply for Family Permit Visa at the British Embassy in Uzbekstan (regardless of her current UK visa status). The documents required are both passports, the marriage cert, Bank statements and the application form (which can be filled and submitted online on UKvisas website but keep a printed hard copy for your own records). British Family Permit is valid for 6 months during which you should apply to the Home Office for a Residence Card (Form EEA2) from within the UK. See Uk Border Agency website for more info. The current waiting time to issue RC is 8 months (both passports will be held in the Home Office in liverpool for the duration!).
Good luck
