hi ! i am an indian citizen living in india planning to go germany next week. i also intend to travel to UK , but i dont have the time to apply for UKvisa in india.. is it possible for me apply for a UK visa at UK consulate in germany ?? please let me know.....

I think u need to be resident in Germany.....

Unlikely that you would get approval in Germany; the consulate would ask you to be either a national or resident of germany. A tourist would not be allowed to request this
