Visa type for my wife

Visa type for my wife

I had skilled visa for 5 years and now have got ILR.

My wife was on dependent visa for 2 years. Since I have now received ILR what visa type I need to choose for my wife to continue her stay in the UK?

Let her continue to extend on the route she is on already. Even though you are now on ILR she can still continue to extend as dependant of yours under SWV. Do not switch or else her clock for ILR eligibility will reset.

But her visa will expire next year... How to renew her visa or extend her stay?

She can apply for another skilled worker dependent visa, as advised. Use your previous COS.

It'll be for 3 years - pay IHS accordingly.
