You have two options. You can apply for a standard visitor visa. This should be easy, because you have a good reason for the visit, and you have a good reason to go back to Spain.
Or you can apply for an EEA Family Permit under European law. This has a few advantages (it is free, for example), but it may be a bit difficult to convince the British consulate that you satisfy the requirements. Also you need to travel together with your spouse.
