Visit to Switzerland with French work permit for non-EU citi

Hi,

I am an Indian citizen, currently working in UK on Tier 2 work permit. My company (based in UK) will be initiating my French work permit (Temporary Secondment (Detache)) which will allow me to work with French client for 18 months. During this period, I will be on the payroll my UK based company.
However, I might be required to go and work in switzerland, and other Schengen countries during 18 months period. My questions are , with a French Temporary Secondment (Detache) work permit -
1. Can I go a work in Switzerland for 90 days in a 180 day period?
2. Can I go to other Schengen countries for meetings?
