Visit visa - Documents

I have ILR and want to invite my mother from Pakistan to visit me just for a month.

I have few questions regarding documents if some one be kind enough to answer them:

1. Is that be ok if I submit the photocopies of my Payslips and P60s or do I have to submit the originals?
2. Are the photocopies of my ILR or Passport or any thing else need to be certified by notary public?
3. Is my sponsor letter need to be on some kind of official declaration paper with notary stamp on it or any ordinary A4 paper will be OK?
