Visit Visa for InLaws

I am planning to bring my InLaws (Both father and mother) to UK for a visit. Can anyone tell me how I should draft the sponsorship letter and the current formalities with BHC in India.(Chennai)?

My in laws have submitted the application with documents the VFS asked for, to get a reply in 5 days.

They got Visit Visa for six months, Issued at BHC Chennai. No Interviews No Hassels.
