Visit Visa for Parents when Tier 1 Extension Pending

Hi,

I want to know if I can apply for my parents visit visa to UK as my Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension is pending with Home Office since last month.

1) Is there any chance they will grant visit visa to my parents when my Application is pending. My parents will be showing all the bank statements and will be financially supporting themselves for the visit. I will be providing them accommodation though.

2) Can they apply for visit visa without mentioning me in the application as a Tourist. Will it affect any future visit visa applications for them if they declare they are coming to meet me and my family here.

Any advise on the above questions from senior members and moderators will be highly appreciated.
