Visit Visa for my sister from Pakistan

Post by Sas2018 » Sun Dec 04, 2022 5:54 pm

Hi Guys,

I have a married sister in Pakistan and want to apply for her visit visa.

I want to invite my sister here for two weeks to join us for the UK holiday season

I shall be sponsoring all of the expenses for her stay starting from application to finish

Her Husband is employed abroad in Middle east

We would like to request some advice on what documents are needed.

Documents we already have

SPONSOR
  • Bank Statement Savings Account £11,000 as I am unemployed
  • Passport
    BRP ( ILR )
    Tenancy Agreement
    Covering letter/Affidavit
    Airline Reservation

APPLICANT (has no bank account only travellers cheque when travelling in case of emergency)

Passport
ID card
Marriage certificate (original & translated)
Form B ( NADRA )
Husband cover letter
Applicant cover letter
Husband property documents
TB Test

***** My question is that after reading the above, do you guys have any suggestions or advice as to what more is needed?

Thank you all for your time taken to read this post.

It's not going to be an easy one. Chances are probably 25% at the most. Depending on her age as well.

Does she work? Probably not, as she doesn't have a bank account.

You invitation should state where you work and designation, and where your spouse works and designation.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!

Frankly speaking, you just halved the chances to 12.5% at the most. Not entirely impossible, but difficult.
