UK visit visa from Ireland on Irish (ILR ) did overstay on student visa in Uk

Hi
is there any chance i could get Uk visit visa from ireland ?
i did overstay on student visa in Uk and moved to Ireland with my British partner . then i was granted 5 year IRP Irish residence permit on the based on my British partner . and recently i received Irish ILR 10 years irish residence permit spending 5 years legally in ireland.
We both live and work in ireland
I just want to visit Uk to see friends
how many chances are for me to get Uk student visa from ireland?
anyone in same situation ?
NOTE : I DONT HAVE CRIMINEL RECORD IN UK and in MY subject access request home office mentioned an absconder.
