Visit visa query

Hello everyone i will be applying for uk visit visa soon for 2 years i had 6 months visa too back in 2018.
can anybody please answer my few queries?

1• Can i apply for 2 years multiple visit visa after 6 months visa? my sister lives there and is a british citizen and my father will fully sponsor my trip, i am a single mother but will be applying alone not with my children so i have strong ties back in pakistan plus i have a rental property too.

2• I am working in a company and earning well they give me salary via check but they don't provide any salary slips is this a problem if yes thn what should i do?

3• I will be submitting my docs aswell though my father is sponsoring me but still what documents should i submit?
