I applied for visit visa for my mother and it has been refused following is full response:
I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of paragraph(s) V 4.2 - V4.6 of Appendix V because
- You have applied for leave to enter to visit your family in the UK for 3 months and 20 days. I acknowledge the importance of this visit to you and I have taken careful account of the circumstances of this application. When assessing your application, the Immigration Rules require me to be satisfied of your intentions and that you personally qualify for a visit visa.
- You have stated that you are self-employed and derive an annual income from all source of self-employment to the amount of PKR XX,000 (£XX20) and that you are in receipt of a pension income to the amount of PKR XX00 (£XX) per month. I have noted all of the documents that you have submitted in support of your application including: your personal Meezan Bank (Account No. *******) statement. However, whilst this statement confirms you receive your stated pension, it does not reflect your rental income is as stated. I acknowledge the letter you have provided, which indicates this income is paid to you in cash. I note some of this may be used on an ad-hoc basis, and therefore the exact quoted rental amount would not appear in your bank account; I would expect that an individual receiving the regular income you have stated (PKR XX,000 (£XXX) per month) would have financial or banking records that would reflect this. The credits shown in your bank account are not indicative of a regular source of income. The above means, I am not satisfied that your personal and financial circumstances are as stated.
- I have considered the documents and information you have provided about your personal and economic circumstances and your statement that you are widowed and have four children. However, whilst I have noted all of the documents that you have submitted to support your application and whilst these demonstrate the circumstances and whereabouts of one of your children who resides in the UK, these do not demonstrate the whereabouts or circumstances of your remaining children. I am not satisfied that you have substantial ties outside of the UK to ensure you will leave at the end of your proposed visit.
- In light of the above, I am not therefore satisfied that you are a genuine visitor and will leave the UK at the end of your visit. Your application for a visit visa has been refused under Paragraph V4.2 (a) (c)
1. Nadra family certificate
2. Letter from estate agent confirm cash rental income
3. Property ownership documents
4. 6 months Pension bank statement
I am planning to re-apply and provide more documents regarding my siblings living with my mother this includes:
1. Their Bank statement showing address
2. National identity cards
3. Letters from their workplace
However regarding cash rental income we do not have any bank transactions as full amount is used every month, we have rental contracts and renewal with tenant which are on my fathers name(deceased).
I am not sure if that would be enough.
Can someone please provide any recommendations which other documents can be used to show cash income?
Many Thanks in advance!
