Visit Visa Sponsor from Pakistan

Hi,

Person A's mother is applying for a UK visit visa. She is invited by her daughter (Person B) who has recently bought a house and may not have healthy bank statement to act as a financial sponsor of her mother. Can my Person A, who lives in Pakistan, act as a sponsor (submitting his bank statement/payslips etc) for his mother while she is invited to visit the UK by her daughter (Person B)?
