There should be a question on the application form asking the spouse information and if they will travel together. This is how they link the applications together.
If your mother also owns the house, upload it under her account as well.
If your mother will rely on your father for travel maintenance and this was mentioned on the application form, upload father's statement under mother's account as well and the marital certificate will prove the relationship.
