Visit visa while Asylum pending

Hi just want to know can I bring my parents to UK on visit visa while my asylum application.

But for the application one of my relatives who’s settled in the UK showing accommodation and details.

But what I’m worried is they visited UK two years ago on visit visa under me when was having my student visa.

So can they come again to UK on visit?
