Visiting Canada with USA passport
I am a Canadian citizen living in Toronto. My uncle is a USA citizen.He want to visit me in Toronto for 10 months to 2 years,from Pakistan to Toronto.
Can he visit with US Passport directly from Pakistan to Canada ??.for how many days he can stay and how to extend his visit in Canada ??
Can he live for 2 years in Canada without extension ??

There is no limit to how long he can stay here, he just has to apply to extend the visitors visa. But make sure to buy visitors insurance for him! Because you know how expenses healthcare in Canada is. If you need questions with the visa, call the immigration office, they are very helpful. For the insurance, try http://www.safevisit.ca I have used it for my family, and it turned out to be priced well, and great coverage.
