Visiting Visa Documents for parents

Hi All,

I'm having ILR and inviting my parents to UK on a visiting Visa for couple of months starting from September.

They've visited me (UK) before in 2010 and 2014. My father retired last month, receives monthly pension and has own property.
Mother is housewife. They're having financial documents to show the sufficient funds and it will be enough for sponsored themselves.

Please note I am only giving accommodation and of course food.

what're the additional documents that i need to support other than below and documents my parents required for applying visiting Visa

i'm providing below documents

1. Employee Reference Letter
2. 3 Months Pay slips
3. 3 Months Bank Statements
4. Council Tax copy
5. Passport front and Back pages
6. BRP copy
7. Invitation letter, signed and scanned
8. UK Property details
