I've met a girl in the USA, I visited her in Feb for 3weeks, then again for a month (unpaid leave) in May, then my girl friend came to the UK for four months, June, July, August and September, she returned on October the 4th, I returned with her for another month (unpaid leave) I returned to the UK in Novemeber. My girl friend would like to visit the UK again from mid Jan until the end of May.
She has just divorced with 2 kids and would like to spend time with me again until it's all finalised, finish off the tour of the UK, she wants to visit Wales and Scotland before returning. She needs to go back becuase of the kids but would like to marry later this year, I was hoping to marry in the UK, so she will apply for a visa to get married in August or a little later depending on arrangements with kids and divorces etc.
I'm 35 she is 28, I heard a lot about young couples being flagged, will we be flagged? She has her kids and her family back in the states so she has no intention to overstay. She was a housewife and has no current employment, I've been supporting her remotely.
Will she be denied entry a second time?
Will it affect her future marriage application?
